ADA Production Technician Manufacturing Team Member

CAB Signs is a growing wholesale sign manufacturing company looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our ADA production team. This is a hands-on manufacturing position for someone who wants stability, consistent hours, and an opportunity to grow long-term with a company. We are looking for someone serious about work — reliable, focused, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Right now this department is extremely busy, and we are looking to hire quickly to help support production and reduce backlog. What You’ll Be Doing Producing ADA and engraved signs Operating lasers, engravers, printers, and production equipment Preparing materials and assembling signage Reading work orders and following specifications carefully Quality checking completed orders Keeping work areas clean and organized Supporting the production team to keep jobs moving on time What We’re Looking For Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong work ethic Good attention to detail Calm, steady, productive work style Comfortable working with hands and standing most of the day Someone looking for a long-term opportunity Willingness to learn and improve Experience in signs, manufacturing, engraving, fabrication, or production is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
