Construction EstimatorLocation: Cleveland, OHSalary: $115,000 - $140,000Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Project Estimator with proven Estimator and Construction experience to produce accurate, competitive cost estimates and support preconstruction and bidding efforts. The Project Estimator will prepare take-offs and budgets, analyze project scopes, coordinate subcontractor and supplier pricing, and help drive profitable, winning bids for ground-up, commercial, industrial and residential projects. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform quantity take-offs and develop detailed project estimates.Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to identify scope, risks, and cost impacts.Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.Prepare bid proposals and support preconstruction efforts.Conduct value engineering and cost-saving analyses.Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and design teams.Maintain estimating databases and cost records.Assist with project handoff, buyout, and budget validation after award.Qualifications4 years of experience estimating commercial, industrial, multifamily, or ground-up construction projects.Strong knowledge of take-offs, bidding, and preconstruction processes.Proficiency with estimating software, digital take-off tools, and Excel.Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.Construction Management, Engineering, or related experience preferred.BenefitsFull Benefits Included
