Entry-Level Healthcare Sales Assistant (In-Office)
Richardson, TX
$40,000 $45,000 per year + Monthly Bonus
Full-Time

BrightStar Care of Plano / North Dallas is a growing home care company serving patients and families throughout North & East Texas. We are looking for a dependable and motivated team member to join us in an entry-level sales support role .

Primary Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from hospitals, providers, patients, and families
Follow up on referrals and new inquiries
Enter and update information in our CRM and systems
Coordinate communication between sales, clinical, and operations teams
Ensure fast, professional response times

Additional Support Tasks

Send emails and updates to referral partners
Assist with tracking and organizing communication
Help maintain accurate records and data entry
Support basic administrative tasks
