eDiscovery Litigation Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy eDiscovery Litigation Paralegal for a confidential client. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑paced legal team and play a critical role in managing complex litigation matters involving electronic discovery. If you have a strong background in litigation support and a passion for legal technology, this role could be a great fit. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of the eDiscovery process, including data collection, processing, review, and production Coordinate with attorneys, vendors, and IT teams to ensure proper handling of electronically stored information (ESI) Assist with document review projects using platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, or DISCO Organize and maintain litigation databases, case files, and discovery logs Support litigation teams with deposition preparation, trial exhibits, and case timelines Ensure compliance with court rules and discovery protocols Qualifications Minimum of 3???5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal with a focus on eDiscovery Proficiency with eDiscovery tools and platforms (e.g., Relativity, Concordance, Logikcull) Strong understanding of the EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently in a remote or hybrid environment Preferred Experience Experience supporting large-scale litigation or class action cases Familiarity with data privacy regulations and legal hold procedures Paralegal certificate or bachelors degree in a related field This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients.
