Diagnosing and repairing complex issues on agricultural, turf, and compact construction equipment at customer’s site Troubleshooting and supporting advanced GPS and Precision Ag technologies Clear communication with customers about repairs and maintenance Supporting customer clinics and promoting Premier Equipment’s service programs Managing mobile service vehicle, tools, and parts inventory Adhering to safety standards and completing required documentation Maintaining Premier’s reputation for exceptional service Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience performing service repairs Ability to perform complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs following technical manuals Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to troubleshoot and support GPS and Precision Ag technologies Proficient with Service Advisor and basic computer skills Ability to operate diagnostic vehicles and equipment Saturday rotation and on-call availability Preferred Advanced or Master Service Technician certification CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) Forklift license Associate’s degree or equivalent technical training Experience with John Deere and competitive products.
