(USA) Auto Care Center Coach

Position Summary... What you'll do... Drives sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area by receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing and inventory levels, budgeting and forecasting, assessing economic trends and community needs, and ensuring that sales and profit goals are achieved. Implements plans to correct deficiencies, provides customer service by acknowledging customers, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products and services, creating and processing customer requests and service orders in accordance with company policies and procedures. Explains Auto Care Center and automotive products and services, ensuring technicians are trained and certified on service-related procedures, staging customer vehicles, and assisting with workflow. Maintains the center by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays, signing and pricing merchandise, securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise, maintaining equipment in accordance with company guidelines. Handles claims and returns, zones the area, orders, arranges, and organizes merchandise. Monitors environmental disposal for batteries, tires, oil, and OSHA compliance. Coordinates job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives, identifying and communicating goals, measuring progress, identifying improvement opportunities. Provides supervision and development opportunities by hiring and training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supports mission values and standards of ethics and integrity, implements action plans, utilizes and supports the Open Door Policy, provides guidance. Builds high-performing teams, embraces differences, creates a workplace where associates feel supported, creates opportunities for all associates to thrive. It will meet or exceed the requirements of paid sick leave laws, where applicable. The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges) This job has an additional differential to meet legislative requirements, where applicable. Minimum Qualifications... 2 years experience in automotive service or service industry field. 1 year of supervisory experience. Valid driver’s license For facilities that sell firearms, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying will require successful completion of a firearms- specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training. For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state specific requirements, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying may require a current state issued Certificate of Eligibility. Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.). Preferred Qualifications...
