We’re looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with innovative clients, recruiting top technical talent, and operating in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with significant earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting engagements for technical positions ranging from senior individual contributors through executive leadership.
• Recruit across software engineering, AI/ML, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, product, data, DevOps, platform engineering, and emerging technology disciplines.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, executives, founders, and leadership teams to develop recruiting strategies and deliver exceptional talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the search process while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and market maps to identify passive technical talent.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Account Management teams to successfully execute client searches.
• Provide clients with market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring trends.
• Manage multiple executive search engagements while maintaining exceptional quality, communication, and urgency.
• Contribute to the continued growth of Quantum Search Partners through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and recruiting excellence.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience within executive search, staffing, or professional recruiting.
• Proven success recruiting software engineering and other technical talent across a variety of industries and company stages.
• Experience recruiting within one or more of the following:
• Software Engineering
• AI / Machine Learning
• Cybersecurity
• Cloud & Infrastructure
• Product Management
• Data & Analytics
• DevOps / Platform Engineering
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities with clients and candidates.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with a consultative, client-focused approach.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to consistently deliver exceptional results.
