Position: Customer Service Supervisor Qualifications: Customer Service, operations, and logistics experience Customer Account Management Responsibilities: Provide courteous customer service with customers, vendors and internal offices via e-mails, calls, messages, etc. Coordinates with agents and partners and ensure that all shipments are properly handled and documented. Sort, process, and distribute all documentation for inbound and outgoing orders and direct shipments. Responsible for complete order processing, data entry, pickup/delivery scheduling, system entry, communicate with 3PL and trucking, routing and operational milestone updates. Manage all aspects of tracking shipments to ensure shipment is moving as scheduled and up date system immediately upon verification. Responsible for sending pre-alerts and arrival notices to customers, 3PLpartnersand internal offices. Issue invoices to internal offices and customers. Provide quotations in response to customers and internal requests including overseas partners. Handling and resolving order and operational troubleshooting Perform other jobs as assigned by management.
