Work Environment\nThis position is fully remote, allowing therapists to conduct sessions from the comfort of their homes while effectively reaching a diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Perform comprehensive clinical assessments, using evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. \n
- Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other recognized modalities to facilitate client progress. \n
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, safeguarding client confidentiality and organizational standards. \n
- Engage in proactive collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists, to ensure holistic care approaches for clients. \n
- Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights, discuss treatment approaches, and provide the highest quality of care. \n
- Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, ensuring they are well-informed and supported throughout their journey. \n
- Stay abreast of advancements in mental health research and trends in therapeutic practices to continually enhance the effectiveness of care provided. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required. \n
- An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas is essential. \n
- Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, enabling you to tailor approaches to meet individual client needs effectively. \n
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to foster rapport with clients. \n
- Proven problem-solving skills and critical thinking capabilities to address complex situations collaboratively. \n

- Experience in telehealth or remote counseling modalities is advantageous. \n
