Job Overview – Human Resources Expert ALL ABOUT HUMAN RESOURCES: You are part of a Human Resource (HR) team committed to supporting teams and leaders in building a sales force passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations. Responsibilities Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: Greet: 10ft – be friendly, smile, make eye contact, or wave 4ft – greet the guest, smile and initiate a warm, helpful interaction Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience Work with HR leaders to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs for each area of the business, ensuring the right mix of experience and skills for in‑store and digital shopping experiences Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates Support team member and leader training needs and advocate for continuous learning Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices Be approachable and available by listening to team members and collaborating with leaders to take action as needed Deliver all Human Resources processes and programs to maximize team member engagement and minimize business disruption Support leaders in following company compliance policies that mitigate risk to the team member experience Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely at all times, comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct them where possible All other duties based on business needs Qualifications Enjoy interacting and helping others, including guests and fellow team members Thrive in a fast‑moving, highly active, and physically demanding role where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key Open to a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times) Willingness to learn; training will be provided Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed Effective communication skills Work both independently and with a team Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes Physical Requirements Accurately handle cash register operations as needed Frequently lift or move merchandise up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds without assistance Work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain duties Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift; shift length may vary Benefits Eligibility Visit for benefits information.
