Physician (MD/DO) - Family Practice - $220,000 per year in Joplin, MO

Position Overview Doctor of Medicine | Family Practice. Location: Joplin, MO. Compensation: $220,000 per year with performance bonuses. Start date: ASAP. Responsibilities Provide primary care in a Missouri clinic with a mix of urgent care and family practice duties. Lead team efforts and pursue a medical director role if interested. Follow a Monday through Friday schedule, 8am–5pm, with a 1:6 on‑call shift. See 20–24 patients per day in a service‑oriented, mission‑driven practice. Collaborate closely with specialists. Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) with a Missouri medical license (or ability to obtain one). Experience in family practice and/or urgent care preferred. Strong clinical skills, leadership potential, and commitment to high‑quality patient care. Benefits Medical benefits, basic life insurance, AD&D coverage.
