Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, professional attitude
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist customers and visitors with questions and dealership information
• Support multiple departments with administrative tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Help create an outstanding customer experience from the moment guests arrive

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
