Job Duties
- Set up and break down event spaces, banquet rooms, and food stations
- Assist with catering and food service operations
- Serve guests at buffets, concessions, and special events
- Prepare and stock serving areas and beverage stations
- Cut and prepare fruits, garnishes, and other event supplies
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and VIP attendees
- Support kitchen operations, including food preparation and plating
- Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and service areas
- Restock supplies and assist with general event support as needed
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
- Work as part of a team to ensure events run smoothly and professionally
Requirements
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, and move event supplies as needed
- Previous hospitality, food service, catering, or event experience is a plus, but not required
