(full-time only)6 Observed Holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 Floating Holiday for full-time employeesUp to $5,000 per in tuition/education reimbursement per calendar year for approved program of studyTake home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift401(k) Retirement plan with company-matched contributions after 1 year of employmentMedical (Teledoc Included), Dental, Vision, Life, and other voluntary Insurances for full-time employeesHave fun with contests and employee appreciation events every monthEssential Functions of Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needsAssists residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence careObtains food trays and assists residents with feedingAssists resident with range of motion exercisesProvides for personal care and comfortMovement to wheelchair or activity areasAssists residents with ambulation for short distance in centerTakes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directedProvides direct and indirect resident care servicesMeets the communication needs of resident and familyCommunicates to nursing team changes in residents' clinical conditionPerforms other tasks as assignedQualifications of Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):High School diploma or general equivalency is preferred.Must pass a state-issued examRequired valid certification as a CNA in the state of OklahomaSix months experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situationsAbility to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and facility staffEEO Statement:Our facility provides equal employment opportunities.
