Production Line Lead- Returns

Sirius Staffing is seeking a temp to hire Production Line Lead - Returns in Whitsett, NC. Pay: $25.00/ hour Summary This position is responsible for leading daily customer returns activities, ensuring returned assets are received, inspected, processed, tracked, stored, and prepared for future redeployment. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, and team leadership within a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Lead daily returns operations from receipt through final disposition. Coordinate device inspection, triage, grading, storage, and redeployment readiness. Monitor return volumes and prioritize workloads to meet operational goals. Maintain asset traceability and chain-of-custody throughout the returns process. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and asset tracking issues. Process inventory transactions accurately within company systems. Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations. Ensure storage locations are organized, accurate, and audit-ready. Manage customer-owned inventory designated for future redeployment. Provide daily direction and workload prioritization for returns personnel. Train team members on processes, systems, quality standards, and customer requirements. Coordinate activities across warehouse, inventory, provisioning, and customer operations teams. Promote accountability, safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with security, quality, and operational standards. Maintain asset security and customer data protection throughout the lifecycle process. Support internal and external audits. Track operational metrics and identify process improvement opportunities. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, returns processing, or asset management. Experience using inventory management systems and asset tracking tools. Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) programs. Experience with IT asset management, device provisioning, or configuration services. Previous leadership or team lead experience. Knowledge of supply chain, lifecycle services, or fulfillment operations.
