Warehouse Inventory Specialist

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM Bonus: Every Other Friday Off! We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join a growing inventory team. This position is ideal for someone with strong inventory and material handling experience who takes initiative, works well in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and inventory control processes
• Pull parts and kit materials for production and operational needs
• Receive, stock, organize, and distribute materials throughout the warehouse
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Utilize MRP/ERP systems to track inventory transactions and material movement
• Support warehouse and inventory operations while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Assist with process improvements and inventory organization projects

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of warehouse, inventory control, material handling, or related experience OR a recent college graduate with relevant inventory/material handling experience
• Strong work history with stable tenure
• Experience with inventory control, kitting, pulling parts, and material movement
• Strong computer skills and experience using MRP/ERP systems
• NetSuite experience is highly preferred
• Demonstrated initiative, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Previous promotions, growth, or increased responsibilities are a plus
