Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a critical care environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt to high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities:

• Administer direct patient care to critically ill adults in the ICU setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Perform complex procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and placement of Swan-Ganz catheters.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain electronic medical records.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and dress code standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and registration in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Proven ability to handle high-acuity patients and perform advanced clinical procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Trauma or CV surgery experience preferred.
