Job Overview Commercial Interiors Superintendent | Renovations, Historic Restoration & Occupied‑Space Projects | Established General Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high‑quality construction projects throughout the Mid‑Atlantic region. Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year Responsibilities Lead field operations and ensure successful project execution from start to finish. Manage commercial construction projects from groundbreaking through closeout. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel. Maintain project schedules and drive milestone completion. Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Conduct quality control inspections and enforce project standards. Lead project meetings and coordinate with owners, architects, and consultants. Maintain organized and productive jobsites. Manage project documentation, daily reports, and site logistics. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of construction Superintendent experience. Knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing. Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices. Proficiency with construction management software and field technology platforms. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to identify and resolve field issues proactively.
