Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Epic ASAP Analyst to join a high-performing Clinical Solutions team supporting Epic ASAP and Grand Central. This is an individual contributor role focused on designing, building, optimizing, and supporting Emergency Department workflows within a large healthcare environment. The team is actively engaged in ongoing upgrades, operational enhancements, and innovative initiatives involving AI-enabled clinical documentation and patient engagement solutions.\nThis position is ideal for an experienced Epic ASAP professional who enjoys collaborating with operational leaders, improving clinical workflows, and supporting mission-critical emergency department operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n- Design, build, configure, and optimize Epic ASAP functionality to support Emergency Department operations\n- Partner with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to identify workflow improvements and implement solutions\nSupport quarterly Epic upgrade testing and validation activities\n- Build and maintain Epic workflows, navigators, narrators, SmartForms, and documentation tools\n- Configure and support orders, results, provider documentation, patient instructions, and After Visit Summaries (AVS)\n- Manage track board configuration, charge workflows, reporting needs, and ED operational metrics\n- Support In Basket messaging and communication workflows\n- Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call support rotation\n- Assist with implementation and optimization projects across the emergency department and inpatient settings\n- Collaborate on emerging initiatives including AI-enabled nursing summaries, provider documentation enhancements, MyChart Bedside ED rollout, infusion pump integration, patient messaging, Dragon upgrades, and patient transfer workflows
