As a Certified Personal Trainer, you will be an integral part of our fitness team, working independently while reporting directly to the gym manager. You will provide personalized training programs to local clients both in-person and through virtual sessions, focusing on general fitness, weight management, bodybuilding, functional training, and sports-specific training. This role offers opportunities for professional development, certification support, and competitive earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Assess client fitness levels and needs
- Design customized exercise programs
- Provide fitness coaching and motivation
- Monitor client progress and adjust plans
- Offer nutritional advice tailored to client goals
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and health
- Deliver virtual and local in-person training sessions
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in personal training
- Knowledge of exercise program design and client assessment
- Strong fitness coaching and motivational skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Understanding of nutritional guidance
- Certified in first aid and CPR
- Excellent time management
