Digital Strategist

National Sales Manager

Location: North America | Davidson, NC or White Bear Lake, MN

Our client, a $20B+ global technology company and industry leader in thermal management and building automation, is seeking a National Sales Manager to accelerate adoption of its growing portfolio of Digital solutions.

In this role, you'll partner with sales, product, and regional leadership teams to drive the strategy of leading with digital offerings on every customer project. You'll play a key role in shaping go-to-market execution, enabling sales teams, supporting customers, and influencing product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive digital sales and commercialization strategy across the Americas

• Coach and enable sales teams using consultative, outcome-based selling techniques

• Develop and deliver training programs for sales and operational teams

• Create sales enablement content, demonstrations, and best practices

• Support customer presentations, technical sales discussions, and proposal reviews

• Lead customer events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives

• Collaborate with Product Management to influence product roadmap and strategy

What We're Looking For:

• 5-7+ years of experience in Product Management, Sales, Commercial Excellence, or Go-to-Market leadership

• Strong background in software/SaaS commercialization and adoption

• Proven success driving revenue growth through digital offerings

• Experience partnering with sales teams to achieve ambitious sales targets

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong technology and digital acumen

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC, Energy Management, Smart Buildings, IoT, or related technologies
