Transportation Coordination Assistant
Optimal Dispatch Service LLC
We are seeking organized and detail-oriented individuals interested in starting a career in transportation and logistics coordination. This entry-level opportunity supports daily freight operations through communication, scheduling assistance, and shipment coordination.
Responsibilities
- Assist with transportation scheduling and dispatch communication
- Monitor shipment updates and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with drivers, carriers, and operations personnel
- Support freight tracking and delivery status reporting
- Respond to communication related to transportation activities
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and data entry proficiency
- Problem-solving and attention to detail
- Previous logistics experience is helpful but not required
