Rooms Coordinator

Manage daily room assignments to maximize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, upgrades, VIP accommodations, and special requests. Work closely with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness and prioritize arrivals. Monitor room status and communicate changes to operational departments. Assist with guest check-ins and checkouts as needed. Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate. Maintain accurate records and documentation within hotel systems. Ensure compliance with hotel standards, policies, and procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous hotel Front Office, Guest Services, Rooms Control, or Reservations experience preferred. Experience with property management systems (PMS) preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Requirements Must be able to perform guest check-ins and checkouts. Must be available to work overnight shifts a minimum of two (2) nights per week. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the property for extended periods.
