Staff Experts, LLC is currently seeking to fill several Production Expediter positions.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Production Expediter will work alongside the Production team to move parts through the production floor and prioritize for specific customer orders.

-Follow up with vendors, scheduling, and keeping records of inventory moved.

-Work alongside the Purchasing Team, confirming and receiving inventory.

-Adhere to schedules to establish customer priorities and check availability of workers, materials, parts, and equipment to make sure its available.

-Build close relationships with vendors and communicate with them via telephone or email.

-Shipping, receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory.

-File work orders when completed.

-Complete and ensure accurate inventory.

-Coordinate with shipping and receiving to maintain supplies and inventory.

-Other duties as required .

Experience:

-Experience in purchasing and/or equivalent training.

-Working and interfacing with Suppliers, Inventory Management, Quality, and Engineering departments.

-Develop positive relationships and effective lines of communication with all functions, suppliers and customers.

-Perform other duties, consistent with the position, as required or assigned.

-Knowledge using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and MRP/inventory systems

-Detailed oriented, a team player, efficient, and willing to work in a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements:

-Ability to pass a 7-year Background Check (Required)

-Ability to pass a Drug Test (Required)
