Chesterton or Gary, IN, United States | req29865 What you will enjoy doing* You will provideproject support for Burns Harbor, IN, Gary, IN, and associated satelliteplant operations Execute the Management of Change (MOC) work process, ensuring all changes tosystems, equipment, and processes are properly evaluated, documented, and implemented in compliance with safety and operational standards Leadand support capital projects, process improvements, and infrastructure upgradesfrom concept through completion Further, you will troubleshootplant equipment and systems to resolve reliability and performance issues Identifyand implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance safety,efficiency, and cost performance Monitorequipment performance data and drive corrective actions for underperformingassets And you will maintainand update documentation including P&IDs, SWDs, and site-specific operatingprocedures, in accordance with MOC requirements Travelapproximately 15% to support multi-site operations What makes you great You have a Bachelor’sdegree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or relatedfield) Minimumof 3–5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills that strengthen collaboration across operational and technical teams Computerproficiency with Microsoft products Workingknowledge of Management of Change (MOC) processes Abilityto travel approximately 15% of the time Flexibility in work schedule to support operations during startup, shutdown or unplanned events Why you will love working with us Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
