Treatment decisions here are driven by assessment and data. If a program needs to change, you change it. What you'll do Conduct assessments (FBAs, skill assessments) and develop individualized treatment plans Design, monitor, and update behavior intervention programs based on data Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs, including scheduled in-field supervision Deliver parent and caregiver training Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers Maintain documentation in line with BACB and payer requirements What we're looking for Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Georgia licensure as a behavior analyst, or eligibility Experience with pediatric ABA in home, school, clinic, or community settings Strong communication skills with families and team members Reliable transportation Compensation and benefits Flexible scheduling CEU support Paid documentation and drive time A clinical director who knows your caseload by name Schedule: Full time.
