Job Details

Experience: 3-6 years
Location: Memphis office (full-time, in-office)
Practice Area: Commercial Litigation
License: Active Tennessee law license required

Key Responsibilities:
Handle commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft and argue dispositive motions, prepare discovery, and manage case strategy
Conduct and defend depositions
Appear in court and advocate on behalf of clients
Collaborate with legal teams across practice groups
Maintain strong communication with clients and colleagues

Qualifications:
3-6 years of commercial litigation experience
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
Strong deposition experience (taking and defending)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Courtroom comfort and confidence
