Job Description

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is looking to hire a School Based LPN . Join our team today and help us continue our mission to positively impact the lives of children and communities across the nation!

Requirements:

LPN nursing license
CPR Certification

Responsibilities:

Perform nursing assessments and clinical judgment for student health concerns
Administer medications, treatments, and manage chronic conditions according to care plans.
Develop, update, and oversee individualized healthcare plans (IHPs) and emergency action plans.
Communicate with families, physicians, and district nursing leadership regarding student health needs.
Maintain accurate health records, documentation, and compliance with state and district guidelines.
Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate care with EMS when needed.

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) provides the nation's public school districts, charter schools, and communities at large with highly qualified pediatric therapists, including school nurses, psychologists, speech, occupational, and physical therapists.
