Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Provide emergency care to patients in a high-volume emergency setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care
• Utilize AIDET communication strategies and maintain patient experience initiatives
• Monitor and document patient vitals accurately using Cerner system
• Adapt to all areas within the emergency department

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Level 2 trauma center
• At least 1-year experience in an ER setting
• Ability to work collaboratively and provide real-time feedback effectively
