Leasing Consultant

Excelsior Communities - Excelsior Communities is a property management company that has been operating in Rochester, NY since 2016. This position requires time at 2 of our apartment complexes, which is a 10 minute commute. Competitive pay and bonuses with opportunity for growth! Daily duties include: Responding to leads Scheduling tours of the property Accepting and processing applications Generating resident leases Addressing current resident issues Submitting work orders to maintenance Assist the property management team with daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence. Prepare and distribute notices, newsletters, and other communications to tenants. Assist with the collection and processing of rent payments, ensuring accurate and timely recording. Experience: Leasing or Sales experience preferred. Great customer service skills required. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
