We’re not your average security company - we build Snyk on One Team, Care Deeply, Customer Centric, and Forward Thinking.It’s how we stay driven, supportive, and always one step ahead as AI reshapes our world.What You’ll Do:Lead Regional Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive Americas event roadmap that balances high-volume lead generation with high-touch executive engagement.Drive Sales Enablement: Act as the primary bridge between the Global Events team and Americas Sales leadership to ensure regional teams are equipped to drive attendance and convert leads into pipeline.Own End-to-End Execution: Manage the full event lifecycle—from site selection and contract negotiation to on-site staff management and post-event follow-up—with an "on-time, on-strategy, on-budget" mentality.Integrate Demand Generation: Deploy 360 digital and social tactics to drive buyer engagement and ensure event activity is seamlessly integrated with ABM and broader outbound campaign strategies.Scale with "Event in a Box": Own the localization and deployment of the Snyk "event in a box" framework, enabling field teams to execute high-quality, independent activations at scale.Collaborate with Partners: Partner with the Global Event Marketing Director on flagship experiences and work closely with Partner Marketing to manage regional sponsorship opportunities and co-marketing initiatives.Manage Performance: Maintain meticulous tracking of a multi-million dollar regional budget and utilize Salesforce, Marketo, and Looker to prove event ROI and pipeline influence.What You Bring:B2B Tech Expertise: 5+ years of experience in event marketing, ideally within the B2B SaaS or cybersecurity industry.Regional Mastery: A proven track record of managing diverse events across North America and LATAM, including proprietary and large-scale trade shows.Technical Proficiency: Deep experience with event platforms (Cvent, Hopin, or Bizzabo) and CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.Operational Excellence: Strong vendor management skills and the ability to manage complex logistics (shipping, drayage, and site contracts) without breaking a sweat.Communication Skills: Exceptional English verbal and written skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel up to 30% within the region to ensure on-site success.It’d Be Awesome If You Also…Are Multilingual: Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese to better support our LATAM market is a major plus.Are Data-Driven: You love diving into Looker dashboards to find the "why" behind event performance.Have a Sense of Humor: We take our mission seriously, but not ourselves—bringing a positive, collaborative energy to the team is essential.Can Keep a Room Awake: You know how to build presentations and experiences that capture attention and keep people talking.Annual Salary Range: $115,000-125,000 USDAnnual Bonus: 10%#LI-EW1We care deeply about the warm, inclusive environment we’ve created and we value diversity – we welcome applications from those typically underrepresented in tech.
