I Account Opening & Maintenance Analys tLocation : 100 Coliseum Drive, Cohoes, N YDuration : 6-month contrac tPay Rate : $26/hou rJob Descriptio nReview and process account opening requests, set up accounts in internal systems, and generate client documentation .Coordinate and complete team-specific operational tasks as requested by the business .Work across multiple systems and platforms to support daily operations .Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and answer policy-related questions .Provide operational support and assist with special projects as needed .Apply business judgment to identify unusual or suspicious activities and escalat issues appropriately .Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including quality, client service, information security, and compliance .Required Skill sWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Windows, PowerPoint, and Outlook .Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred .Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills .Excellent written and verbal communication skills .Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization .Flexible and able to perform well under pressure in a team environment .Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills .Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously .Educatio nBachelor's degree preferred, with a concentration in Finance or Business . #J-18808-Ljbffr
