Contact warm and cold leads by phone, text, email, and other communication channels. Conduct insurance reviews and recommend appropriate Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Landlord, and Life Insurance products. Cross-sell and bundle policies to maximize customer value and savings. Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service. Maintain accurate customer records using agency management systems. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations. Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers. Support agency growth by participating in marketing initiatives, community events, and networking opportunities. Candidates should be willing to provide occasional support during evenings, weekends, and holidays when agency events or business needs arise. Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and licensing requirements. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person. Self-motivated and goal-driven. Basic computer skills. Active Personal Line Or Property & Casualty Insurance License. (Preferred)- Assistance to obtain license available. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
