Essential Duties And Responsibilities

**Human Resources**

• Maintains supply of applications and related documents; tax forms; direct deposit forms

**Administrative/Other**

• Establishes good public relations by being courteous to all

• Maintains visitors sign in/out log

• When new residents arrive, notifies social services and/or nursing unit

• Keeps reception area/lobby clutter free

• Distributes mail

• Performs various secretarial and support tasks for the Administrator and other departments

• Observes Residents Rights at all times.

• Ensures all residents do not leave the building unaccompanied.

• Reports to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrates dependability and punctuality.

• Attends in-services as required.

• Assumes accountability for data contained in the employee work rules/handbook.

• Maintains confidentiality of all information relating to any person associated with Evergreen Commons Rehabilitation and Nursing Center to include but not limit to residents, family members, visitors and employees.

• Complies with all work rules including those that pertain to health

• Complies with the terms of the Corporate Compliance Program

• Performs other duties as requested
