Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physical therapy standards of practice
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Adhere to all facility policies, including identification and badging requirements while on site
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Mexico
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
- Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
- Availability Monday through Friday, day shift
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a facility-based or clinical setting
- Familiarity with New Mexico state compliance and documentation requirements
