The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical nursing. Responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care and monitoring patient progress. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to patient safety and quality care is essential. The RN will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. All required health and safety documentation must be completed prior to starting the position. The successful candidate will participate in ongoing education and training as needed. This role requires flexibility and adaptability to changing patient care needs. Candidates should be prepared to work a 12-hour shift, three days per week.
