What You'll Do

• Conduct patient assessments to evaluate neurological, respiratory, skeletal, and cardiovascular status.
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on assessment data and patient tolerance.
• Submit and update treatment regimes, including plans of care, in coordination with physicians and clinical support staff.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on conditions, treatment options, and prognosis.
• Coordinate scheduling of therapy sessions with patients and support staff.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and complies with healthcare policies.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

What You Need

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Michigan
• Experience in outpatient therapy preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills
