Role Description:Hands on experience on Software Verification and Validation2. Hands on experience in Software testing, MIL, SIL and Hardware-In-Loop Benches (dSpace/Opal RT /VT / NI etc.), Control Desk, INCA3. Hands-on experience in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) setup, development and validation.4. Strong Python development skills for simulation and automation frameworks.5. Experience with Modbus TCP communication protocol development and troubleshooting.6. Experience in simulation model development for electrical/energy systems.7. Experience developing HMI/Web-based dashboards and test frameworks.8. Knowledge of EMS, BMS, PCS, TMS and Grid Meter interactions.9. Experience with database integration (InfluxDB or equivalent time-series databases).10. Experience with Git version control and collaborative software development.11. Strong debugging, problem solving and system integration skills.12. Experience in test automation, fault injection and regression testing.13. Technical documentation, test reporting and design documentation experience.14. Ability to work independently with global cross-functional teams
