Hourly Rate Hourly rate ranges from $22.05 - $22.30 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, and human resources management as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum age requirement: 21 years. Prior retail management experience required. The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
