In this role, you’ll support residents by administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting care. You’ll also lead and support CNAs and CMTs to ensure residents receive high-quality, respectful care in alignment with care plans and state/federal regulations.**What You'll Do:*** Deliver direct care and monitor residents’ conditions* Supervise and mentor direct care and ancillary staff* Communicate with medical staff and advocate for resident needs* Assist with assessments, admissions, and quality improvement initiatives* Ensure compliance with current nursing standards and maintain professional credentials* Foster a safe, culturally sensitive, and resident-centered environment**Minimum Requirements:*** Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program* Current Missouri LPN license* BCLS certification* Experience in a Long Term Care setting or similar clinical environment**Preferred:*** IV Therapy certification (state-approved)**Ready to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and team-oriented environment?** Apply today and help us deliver exceptional care to those who need it most!
