As an Assembler, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently assembling electronic components and products according to specifications, contributing to the production of high-quality technology solutions.

Perform repetitive and detailed assembly tasks using various hand tools, power tools, and fixtures.

Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure accurate product construction.

Inspect components and completed assemblies for quality defects and compliance with established standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Document production activities, including completed units, rejected parts, and any issues encountered.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot assembly problems and improve processes.

Utilize inventory management systems to track and replenish parts as needed.

Operate light machinery and equipment as required for assembly tasks.

Adhere to production schedules and meet daily output targets.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a similar production environment preferred.

Ability to read and understand basic assembly instructions and diagrams.

Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Basic computer skills for data entry and system navigation.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
