Registered Nurse - Emergency Department (Nights)

Overview $30,000 sign-on bonus We are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of RN experience for this role. Join a fast-paced 25-bed Emergency Department that cares for more than 30,000 adult patients each year. Our team treats a wide range of medical needs—including acute stroke, STEMI, heart failure, sepsis, DKA, and various orthopedic, gynecologic, urinary, surgical, neurological, and integumentary conditions. While we do not receive trauma patients, you'll gain broad clinical exposure across diverse adult diagnoses. As a Registered Nurse in our ED, you'll deliver compassionate, high-quality care while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), Unit Support Techs, and Paramedics. Education: The Registered Nurse (RN) must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
