- Interior /Exterior Painting
- Appliance Repair
- Turns
- Prepare and Complete Service Requests/Work Orders
- Inspect Grounds and Common Areas
- Update Inventory Logs
- Troubleshooting Repair Issues
- Install Locks/Make Keys
- Maintenance Team Support
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an apartment maintenance technician
- Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of systems and equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation.
