40 Work Shift Job Description Compensation & Incentives
- Sign-on bonus: $15,000
- Additional pay: (call pay, overtime etc.)
- Schedule: Various
- Call requirements: Minimal call: only 3 on-call days every 13 weeks
- Perform radiographic procedures requiring a strong understanding of anatomical positioning and human physiology
- Apply ionizing radiation for diagnostic imaging in adult and/or pediatric populations
- Demonstrate a high level of technical competency in imaging procedures
- Exercise independent judgment, initiative, and ingenuity with minimal supervision
Credentials:
- Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), If not registered must obtain the registry within 6 months of hire.
- Licensure from the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association is required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHArecognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.
