Remote Medical Billing Specialist

Managing the end-to-end claim submission process, the full-time Remote Medical Billing Specialist will analyze medical claims, communicate billing responsibilities to clients, and handle denial management while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage the claim submission process from submission to final payment Understand and communicate insurance billing and patient responsibilities to clients Prepare and submit claim appeals and follow up with payers for timely resolution of outstanding claims Required qualifications Experience analyzing medical claims and knowledge of EMR software Strong understanding of CPT codes, ICD-10, and insurance web portals Experience with out-of-network billing processes Proficiency in utilizing Excel for special projects Strong organizational and analytical skills
