RN - Home Health - Part Time

Seeking a compassionate and skilled nurse for a community-based RN role in home health care. Responsibilities Include Providing skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under physician supervision Assessing, planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating patient outcomes Delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across diverse age groups and backgrounds Building strong, personal connections with patients in the community Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program Current RN license in the state of Missouri Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance BLS Certification through the American Heart Association Preferred one year of experience in home health or acute care Skills & Attributes Autonomy and strong communication skills Ability to work independently and build rapport with patients Flexibility and adaptability to diverse patient needs Key Duties & Benefits Providing care in patients' homes with a focus on positive health outcomes Flexible schedule options, including part-time, rotating weekends, and holiday rotations Mileage reimbursement at $0.70 per mile (subject to change) Competitive benefits such as healthcare, paid time off, tuition support, and retirement plans #J-18808-Ljbffr
