Travel RN - Labor & Delivery (L&D) - Night Shift

Job Description

Join our team in the Birth Care Center, dedicated to providing exceptional labor, delivery, and postpartum care in a supportive environment. Our facility values continuity of care, allowing nurses to build relationships with patients through their entire birthing experience. We have a strong emphasis on patient experience, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert labor, delivery, and postpartum care to patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Utilize advanced equipment, including GE fetal monitors and alaris pumps, for effective patient monitoring.
• Participate in daily nurse leader rounding and bedside shift reports to enhance patient engagement.
• Offer 1:1 labor support and engage in active management of labor positioning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital L&D experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
• Preferred: Circulating experience in the OR and familiarity with managing OB emergencies.
