Landscape Account Manager

About the Role The Landscape Account Manager provides year-round management of a high-value client portfolio, including landscape maintenance, enhancement projects, and customer relations. This role is the primary point of contact for assigned customers, overseeing account performance, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional service. The role also provides mentorship and leadership support to other account managers and team members. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships as the primary contact for assigned accountsDevelop proposals, recommendations, and solutions tailored to customer needs and property goalsConduct regular property visits to ensure quality standards, satisfaction, and proactive communication Account & Project Management Manage high-value landscape maintenance accounts from contract through completionOversee account performance, contract execution, budgeting, and profitabilitySupport forecasting, budgeting, planning, and operational initiatives for the department Business Development Drive account growth through renewals, enhancements, upselling, and new businessGenerate and cultivate relationships with prospective clientsIdentify opportunities to expand services and improve long-term partnerships Operations & Team Collaboration Partner with operations and design teams on scheduling, staffing, quality, and production goalsHelp develop and improve customer service standards and account management processesProvide mentorship and guidance to account management staff as needed Field Responsibilities Regularly visit customer properties and job sitesMonitor landscape quality, enhancement progress, and maintenance performanceRepresent the company professionally during customer and site interactions Compensation and Benefits Base salary plus commission on sales, paid weekly/at invoiceHealth insurance available after 60 days401(k) with company match up to 4% after 1 year, fully vested immediatelyPTOCompany vehicle providedEducation reimbursement and networking support availableParticipation in annual company bonus program
