Bulk MDU Account ExecutiveLove Your Mondays again! A Bulk MDU Account Executive is responsible for selling and managing bulk MDU efforts to maximize sales revenue and meet corporate objectives. Assists with the execution of strategies to increase and retain MDU Bulk accounts. Manages contracts for new and existing accounts and works across all departments to deliver quality customer service to all accounts. Oversees outreach activities in the market determined by management. All hiring and employment opportunities related to this post are managed and fulfilled by Metronet.RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the execution of strategies and tactics to improve and secure commercial customer growth in privately owned multi-dwelling properties/communitiesBuild and maintain a targeted sales approach by conducting in-depth research and analysis of territories.Partner to identify and market to Bulk MDU's that are currently served by competitorsWork with developers and builders in order to secure easement agreementsManage the launch or renewal of internet, Wi-Fi and telephony at the propertiesAcquire bulk service agreements as applicableEstablish partnerships and coordinates efforts with other internal organizations to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales organizationAssist in the development of the annual budget. Oversees the analysis of revenue projections. Accurately forecasts revenue and unit numbersManage outreach initiatives including presentations, meetings and social activities with builders, developers and the general communityDevelop, plan and coordinate seminars, sales incentive plans and other strategies to achieve business unit objectivesConsistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessaryOther duties and responsibilities as assigned. 50% travel is requiredJOB QUALIFICATIONS:4-year college degree in business, or related experience in multifamily housingMinimum 3 years' experience in drafting and negotiating proposals and contracts for the residential property management, or real estate development industriesWorking knowledge and experience with Access Laws, rules and FCC requirements (Inside Wiring Rules) requiredExperience with Microsoft Office applications required, Excel, Word and PowerPointC-Suite Communication SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills requiredAbility to initiate and bring closure to negotiations at an executive level is essentialMust have good organizational and project management skills, strategic planning and problem-solving abilitiesMust feel comfortable communicating with all levels of company employees, vendors/service providers, customers and prospective customersMust have poise and ability to maintain professional demeanor in stressful situationsSome prior experience in operations, marketing, or other aspects of the real-estate industry experience with automated reporting and analysis applications preferredExperience with CRM software, Salesforce preferredJoin us and find out what it means to love your career!
