Senior MES Plant Maintenance Operations Lead - SAP PM/EAM

Senior Mes Plant Maintenance Operations Lead CTG is seeking an experienced Senior MES Plant Maintenance Operations Lead with deep expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) integration. This role will drive the integration of plant maintenance operations with SAP S/4HANA PM/EAM solutions to improve asset reliability, maintenance execution, downtime tracking, and operational performance within an Aerospace & Defense manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance operations, asset management, SAP S/4HANA EAM/PM implementation, and MES integration, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable enterprise solutions. Location: Virginia Beach, VA Duration: 6 months Key Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. Drive MES and SAP PM/EAM integration initiatives to optimize maintenance planning, execution, and asset performance. Improve equipment reliability, operational uptime, and maintenance effectiveness through process and system enhancements. Collaborate with maintenance, operations, engineering, and IT teams to define and implement maintenance management strategies. Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes across manufacturing operations. Develop solutions for maintenance scheduling, work order management, downtime tracking, and asset lifecycle management. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, process design workshops, testing activities, and end-user training. Provide leadership and subject matter expertise throughout all phases of implementation and deployment. Strong track record of improving maintenance operations, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency. Experience leading enterprise-wide maintenance transformation initiatives. Aerospace & Defense industry experience preferred. Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. SAP S/4HANA EAM/PM certifications preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Computer Task Group
